Lines of business	We specialize in applications for ESTA, which is required for visitors to the U.S. Our highly knowledgeable staff handle ESTA applications on customers’ behalf and assist customers for obtaining ESTA. We provide application and support services 24 hours/day, 365 days/year for those who find the English-language application process difficult or are not comfortable with applying for ESTA by themselves.
Cancellation policy	If your cancellation request was received before we begin registration of your ESTA application on the DHS (U.S. Department of Homeland Security) system based on the information you have provided, we will refund the difference in the amount of the refund, with the customer being asked to pay only 300 yen for the transaction fee. Depending on your response to eligibility and nationality questions, we may ask you additional questions by e-mail in order to continue the application process. In this case, we will hold the application process until we receive your response. If we do not receive a response to the question within 2 weeks after we ask, your application for this service will be cancelled, and we will refund the amount of the fee you have paid, minus 300 yen transaction fee. Once an application has been registered and its status reflected in the system, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. The same applies when the application status is pending certification. Due to the specifications of the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) system, it is not possible to cancel the application or the certification itself after the application for certification has been submitted.
